Picking up where San Andreas left off
A fun game that follows the path that was being laid by games like Vice City and San Andreas: an open-ended, varied world filled with fantastical, often bizarre set pieces and missions (think jetpacks and tons of drugs with requisite blur filter) that GTAIV mostly got rid of in favor of realism. Occasionally repetitive, but nevertheless a great pick-up-and-play sort of game that can keep you entertained for a few afternoons. Furthermore, trying to make your character look as cool as possible while decked out in the color purple could have been a game all in itself.
