Good example
I've played Ayesha in two weekends (full shut down, done nothing else :D). And have still enough endings to explore to do the same again. The other two will be not different. Lot's of content with a friendly story to enjoy. Yes, there is some monster bashing in between, but the main reason to play this games is to explore the stories between the characters.

If you are looking for the Atelier games this compilation is a must have for your collection. The alternative would be either the downloadable versions from the eshop, for the same price.

I wish more game series would be available in such compilations.

Interesting system of gameplay
I have no played an atelier game before but thought this would be a good starting point.
Graphically these look like their ps3 counter parts with good character art but bland background and environment textures.
The story of atlier ayesha is the only one I have fully completed but it has so far been very satisfying although some characters behave in ways that make you go "why would anyone tolerate this".
The music is serviceable but not memorable in any way.
The dub is as tolerable as they come I guess.
The translation had no errors to my notice unless item names have changed from prior releases.
Also I had no bugs or crashes and the controls are fully functional, the auto run mode is appreciated.

This isn't a bad place to start as far as I know, buy it unless being under time constraints in games bothers you.

More Atelier goodness.
If you've played any of the Atelier games before you should have a good idea of what you're getting here.
If you enjoy turn-based RPGs with a 'slice-of-life' plot then you'll probably like this series.

Great value on great games, glad to have it physical in the West!
If you want this beloved trilogy in a physical release, with an English translation, then this is just what you want. Includes 3 games that could easily go for $60 each. perhaps even more each if you consider the paid DLC that this trilogy package includes free. The amount of JRPG you get here is staggering for the price you're paying.

I didn't except the little keychain cartridge carry case I received with my order, and I was very happy to open my package and see that alongside my game.
