Good game

Fire Emblem Engage delivers some of the most spectacular, tactically deep combat in the series' history, but its overly cheesy story and weak character writing can make the time spent between battles feel like a chore.

Pretty ok

I came in looking for something similar to three houses, but this game is very different. I disliked the character’s design and a lot of their personalities. The main character speaks which was a pleasant surprise. Overall i think its just ok.

No title

Although I am familiar with Fire Emblem (having played several previous entries), I've found this game to have a pretty steep learning curve due to the introduction of emblems and emblem rings. I would say that Engage returns to a more traditional Fire Emblem format, at least when compared to the most recent mainline entry (Fire Emblem: Three Houses). Though there is still a base to return to and explore between battles, it is not as extensive or as time-consuming as the monastery in FE3H. The focus is more on gameplay and tactics, including more diverse maps as well as more limited resources and class promotion options.

I would go as far as to say this is much better than Three Houses to me, in terms of combat, characters and story.

Amazing!

Another great entry in the series. Fans of the franchise and strategy games alike owe it to themselves to play this one
