In Okami HD, i giocatori assumono il ruolo di Amaterasu, la dea giapponese del sole che abita la forma del leggendario lupo bianco Shiranui in una missione per sconfiggere Orochi, un demone a otto teste e mostro tirannico responsabile di aver trasformato il mondo in una landa desolata. I giocatori devono usare le abilità magiche di Amaterasu e il suo arsenale di oggetti, attacchi e tecniche del Pennello Celestiale per riportare la terra di Nippon al suo antico splendore, pieno di vita e colore. Lungo il percorso, Amaterasu sarà chiamata ad aiutare un cast di personaggi eccentrici e intriganti e a sconfiggere una miriade di nemici brutali per liberare la terra dalla maledizione di Orochi.

Okami is a game far ahead of its time.

Okami on its PS2 release did not receive the importance it deserved, it was greatly underestimated at the time, but today it has become a gaming classic. If you've never played Okami, give it a try, Okami has elements of various genres, including the legend of zelda, however, the mechanics of using brush to create objects and spells and the graphics of the game, make Okami unique!

Great Port for PS4

In ps3, was already an amazing port. So I got this because is also a instant classic with a great price. If you played this on their time, you will be sure to have in your current generation console, as I did.

A huge adventure

It's the closest you can get to a Zelda game outside of a Nintendo console, but controlling a wolf instead of a boy. You still get to wield a sword, though.
Plus it teaches you a bunch of stuff about Shinto.

One of the best games made

That's just my opinion, but anyone who plays this game can see why people would think that. I originally played the HD Version on PS3 and instantly fell in love. Now it has a physical release on PS4 and with the increase in visual quality, it's the definitive version to play. Okami is a great game and being a PS2 game in its core makes it all the more amazing that it still holds up this well today. It has aged great and if you're looking for a solid Action Adventure game then I highly recommend you buy Okami.
