Awich, whose activities are expanding globally, has completed a global album produced entirely by RZA of the legendary hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan. The two met and hit it off a few years ago, visiting each other's hometowns of Okinawa and the Wu Mansion, deepening their musical and spiritual connection and leading to the creation of this album. The album beautifully combines thematic and poetic depth with tracks like "Fear Us (feat. Joey Bada$$ & RZA)," which expresses a strong determination to overcome the difficulties of changing the world and move toward the future; "Ghost of the East," which confronts the serious impact of war and genocide across generations; and "Noble Lies," which poses philosophical questions in an age when truth has lost its power. The album concludes with "Wax On Wax Off -Japan Remix-," featuring a spectacular mic relay featuring R-Shitei, NENE, Chinza DOPENESS, and COSA. The album vividly demonstrates how the DNA of New York hip-hop has evolved and developed in a unique way in Japan, resulting in the maturation of the scene.
