Japão UA marks the 30th anniversary of her debut with her long-awaited full album, her first in about ten years. This latest work presents a form of "new pop music" that only UA can express. Each track takes a different musical approach, crossing genre boundaries and sounding as if it captures the birth cry of a new UA. While staying close to the listener's sensibilities, the unexpected developments and choice of sounds highlight her one-of-a-kind worldview. "NEWME" opens the door to the future and encapsulates UA's present moment as she continues to live with music without fearing change. The limited edition includes a Blu-ray disc featuring footage from "UA 30th Anniversary Live at Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall," a commemorative solo concert held exactly 30 years after the release of her debut single "HORIZON" on June 21, 1995, capturing a blissful and supreme performance that reflects the thirty-year journey of UA as an artist.
