Fantastic story and fantastic excuse for hundreds of robots
Played a bunch go SRW games but this is the one that sticks with me, definitely the game I'd start with if I'm getting into SRW. It uses the plot line of Space battleship Yamato 2199 as the skeleton and then fills it in with a whole lot of Mecha franchises for a crazy crossover game. So there's a well structured story to the experience. The game is one half visual novel and one half SRPG but the strategy isn't too difficult and really is just an excuse to play with a bunch of robots and show off some of the best 2D animation I've ever seen of the Nintendo Switch. If you are playing a game for a chill time and great story, then this game is for you.

Super Robot Wars V
This is a long strategy game which is half game-play and half visual novel. The game itself isn't that difficult but one huge appeal here is the spectacle that comes with the battles as the animation is fantastic. Overall this game is great and I would highly recommend it.

One part SRPG and one part Visual Novel
An amazing game that beautifully blends multiple franchises into one epic story. The SRPG elements aren’t too challenging but the spectacle of the animations is what you’re here for honestly. There is also lot of text, enough to call this a visual novel. If you are familiar with the franchises you’ll get a real kick out of the interactions and this game has tremendous replay value.

EXCELENTE JUEGO
