Retro For the WIN!
40 Classic Genesis games for Under $30, which makes each game less than a dollar... That should be a no-brainer already. Also, the selection of games was very good, with the Phantasy Star series, all of the classic Sonic Games, and some oldies but goldies such as Streets of Rage and Golden Axe... These will have you saying 'AW I REMEMBER THIS PART" for days and days to come. Not to mention being given achievements for things you used to do as a child anyway... The menus in the games are also very well done and offer great playability, and unlockable interviews and other games make this a truly wonderful collection. Great job, Sega!

Better than Previous Collections
There have been tons of different Sonic collections of dubious quality, but this doesn't have the same problems.
-The ports are actually playable. Responsive buttons, good sound, etc.
-There's an exhaustive supply of games.
Down side: This will remind you why you never owned 40 Sega Genesis games...
Up Side: All the greats are here, ignore the filler!

It's like owning a megadrive all over again!
Yeah! Finally a collection that houses many of the best titles of the 16-bit era from SEGA, one collection that die-hard SEGA fans would love. I for one never quite have a mega drive back in the day but i enjoyed it whenever i got my hands on it. The collection has many games that i have tried in the past and many i haven't tried before, and with so much cramped into one disc, it's real value for money.

The graphics have received some touch up and the music is still pretty much the same as before. Gameplay has aged but you'll be reminded why some games were that enjoyable in it's time. Not to mention, plenty of hidden stuff for unlocking and if i am not wrong, classic cheats can still be used for the game if they had one in it.

The Xbox achievements aren't difficult to get as well, especially if you're a fan of the games in it's day, so you'll end up unlocking tons of stuff as you play every game to the end! Enjoy!
