After seven years of physical and mental discomfort, he finally found the answer: reassessing his lifestyle, moving his body, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Ever since childhood, I've had a desire to "do my own thing." I simply want to continue to enhance and refine that desire. Stretching my limbs as far as I can, feeling my body, drawing myself, and sculpting myself. I want to live life to the fullest. My desire to learn about my own body and the world around me is linked to my desire to "move," which in turn leads to my desire to "draw" and "sculpt." Everything is connected. In the past, I couldn't even imagine how I could live a life that would fill my mind and body with happiness, but now I believe the variations of joy are endless! Joy is truly rich, endlessly expanding and endlessly expanding. I want to make myself happier. I want to rejoice, spin around, and expand freely.
