Slitterhead is a action-horror game from the creator of Silent Hill. Set in a neon-drenched city, you'll investigate gruesome murders seemingly committed by monstrous shapeshifting creatures. Expect visceral combat, a compelling mystery, and the signature unsettling atmosphere and psychological horror that Keiichiro Toyama is known for.
