One of the most outstanding composers in the history of contemporary Okinawan music and the representative of MARUHUKU Records, FUKUHARA Tsuneyu's representative works and favorite songs were recorded with contemporary arrangements by top Okinawan singers including KINJO Keiko and IHA Chieko, and released in 1999 on the album "Okinawan Hits & Standers" (Victor/nafin label). Shirahama Blues/Bossa Nova Zintoyo" is the first 7-inch version of the famous song "Shirahama Blues" from the album "Okinawan Hits & Standers" (Victor/nafin label) released in 1999. Shirahama Blues" is a famous song from Keiko Kaneshiro's heart. Originally an Okinawan theatrical song, it was born in Osaka before World War II when there were many Okinawans living in the area. The coupling song "Bossa Nova Zintoyo" is one of the most popular Okinawan songs, and the Yara Families' version is widely known among DJs and lovers as the best Okinawan rare groove song. The sound quality was remastered by FLATT THE LAIDBACK ( EXHUME EXHUME PRODUCTION ) for supervision and 8ronix ( Bullpen lab. ) for remastering, with an emphasis on the "sound" of the DJ play.
