VT3 with trophies and online mode
I bought the game thinking it would have lots of improvements and a solid online mode. It ends up almost the same as VT3 and the online mode suffers with constants lags...

If you like VT you should consider buying, but if you already own VT3 or if you don't mind playing without online or trophies, VT3 is as good as 2009
