Average game!
Not the best because of the glitches that are everywhere. For eg, sometimes the NPC's info is still shown on the screen despite already moving on to another town! Character movement is clumsy and cluttered and can get quite annoying especially in the corners or when NPC start gathering around you.
Gameplay, is better than average. Monsters can get quite easy to kill, too easy often. I often fall asleep playing when there is no action.

okay game
When I played the first fable I wanted the game to become much deeper, epic and more grown up and serious. Well.... they made it longer, but that doesn't mean deeper or epic, and it certainly didn't grow up at. In fact I feel they made it more juvenile. If you can get past all that, then there is a fun game here.

Solid game. I had fun playing the game all the way through. The main quest is disappointing because it was so short and felt more like a side quest. Side quests on the other hand felt like the main chunk of the game and took far more time than the actual core story. I look forward to the release of Fable 3 and hopefully the developers will have taken a good game and made it into a great game.
