Final Fantasy XIII (Japanese language Version)

If you're fine with very linear games (and I understand some aren't), this game is amazing. I never really understood all the hate.

In terms of shipping, it was delivered quite early, which is nice.

I didn't expected this kinda game, but I think it's refreshing to have this new kinda style, playing like they wanted us to do =)

simple, I LOVE it!!

First of all, FFXIII is an outstanding game that tells a thrilling story, and requires quick thinking and careful strategy to play well. Forget whatever you've heard about "just mash X"--that will keep you alive for the first couple hours, but after that you've got to plan ahead and strategize to survive.

I already finished the US version, so I bought the Asian version (Japanese voices, subs, and menus) to work on my Japanese language skills. I can read and understand basic Japanese, but FF requires deep knowledge of written and spoken Japanese. I would have been completely lost had I not played the US version first. But I'm still really enjoying the game a second time.

I do wish it created a second set of Trophies for me, but that's a small complaint. Five stars, two thumbs up, whatever. This is a fantastic game.

She's the ONLY reason I bought this game and I don't even play Final Fantasy!

As a girl gamer, I crave strong female roles and Lightning is most likely, the best one.
