Heavy Rain (Favoritos)

Heavy Rain is like watching a movie that you can interact with. Your choices can influence what characters say and do, and it can have a huge impact on the end of the game. The story in this game is great and very well written. Every character almost feels like a main character because you feel like you know so much about them. The plot, characters, graphics, sound are all astounding a very deep. Some people might not like the gamplay of Heavy Rain because its sort of simplistic; however that said, I went into buying this game knowing what kind of game I was getting. There's no hidden secret that Heavy Rain is a point and click adventure with more gusto than other games in this genre. I'm giving Heavy Rain a 5/5 for being inovative and being far beyond what I expected when I purchased this game.

Great game, I just love this kind of games, let you decide your every moves and outcome. A game that will make you play more than just once, for different endings

"Heavy Rain" is a beautiful and unique game that proves to be the ultimate immersive experience in computing to date. If you own a PS3 and haven't played this title yet then you need to. If you don't own a PS3 then this is one of the games that it would be worth buying one for.

Your actions change the way the story unfolds. The scenes are remarkably crafted and can move you one moment and shock you another. Some scenes are beautiful, some are sad, and others are absolutely grim. The use of the PS3 buttons adds to the feeling of doing something easy or difficult and the swing of certain fight scenes keeps you on the edge of your seat.

Whilst not a standard RPG I'm sure most fans of the genre would appreciate the scope of this game. The way your actions can change the outcome of the story really makes you want to replay the game just to see what might have happened instead.

The only disappointment I had with the game was the couple of times it froze leaving me having to reboot the PS3. Whether this was due to the console or the game I do not know, but overall it did not detract from a truly ground-breaking, artistic, game. The graphics are some of the best I have ever seen on any console and even some high-end PC's.

Try this game. You might be moved, saddened, or even terrified, but one thing for sure is you will not be disappointed.
