Works perfectly on US ps4
Since there was no physical ps4 release for the MMSF collection, I gave this a shot. Popped it in and the system had no idea it was a japanese game and loaded complete in english. Even the thumbnail had 'Mega Man' instead of 'Rock Man'. I'm guessing the disc is coded so it picks the version based on what region or language your ps4 is set to. Either way, a great option for people looking to have all of their Mega Man Legacy collections on the same system and physical.
As for the game itself, it's similar to the other legacy collections with tons of art. The main menu is similar to the MMBN collection with a pseudo interactable mega man (can make him talk and say random things about the games etc). The event battle cards are included (still playing Star Force 2 and haven't gotten to 1 and 3 yet) and accessible through the menu, as well as the wave card commands which are also selected through a menu rather than the DS method of using the touchpad sequence. Additionally all of the character profile pictures/battle cards are in HD (and I believe I saw the option to go back to the OG pixelated verisons in the menu as well). A great way to play these games without having to pay through the nose on the secondhand market (especially SF3). The only downsides I can think of is the inability to trade battle cards with yourself from one game to another and must use PS+ to trade with others (you'd need two DS's back in the day to do this so kind of niche) and you can no longer draw your own profile picture (instead picking from a list of avatars on this version). Very minor nitpicks all things considered. Being able to access the event battle cards without an action replay already makes up for these shortcomings in my opinion.
