Dark atmosphere and great combat
This may seem like an Americanized version of Silent Hill but please don't be put off by it. The storyline and the atmosphere remain dark, violent and tense. The story itself revolves around a mysterious pact a town has made and the consequences it must suffer, in my opinion the storyline was at times long winded but when you get to the final twist you would understand why. The gameplay is your typical Silent Hill, whack monsters and demons as they come for you and once again firearms are availible but ammo is not plentiful. The combat is simple to pick up but the monsters will either outnumber you or outmatch you providing a good challenge.
