Umineko no Naku Koro ni: Majo to Suiri no Rinbukyoku

Good game - with updated graphic (and voices) from Alchemist - great starting point to read "When They Cry" series.

I bought this game because I loved the anime, and so I could test my Japanese skills.

All the characters are fully voiced by the seiyuu from the anime, but there is also a lot of text between lines that is unspoken. Most of the action occurs in description, so without at least some understanding of Japanese much of the story will be missed out on.

I've been playing roughly 20hrs and have only just reached the first murder (I don't know whether that is good or bad with reading every line of text), but still I'm finding the game a lot of fun.

The bonus pens that came with it are cool too.

Quite an easy platinum and takes 50 hours to platinum .... everything can unlock in 2 hours if , skipping all text messages , minus the 50 hours & 30000 text messages.
