Aliens vs Predator

As you can play as all three species, game is a great prep for next years Colonial Marines!

This game received horrible reviews and I have no idea why. Yes the story is bland, the level design is not the best ever, but this game is fun and looks decent.

Playing as a marine I really felt the tensions when aliens were after me and I felt the pressure when predators were hunting me. The atmosphere of this game is great!
The sound design is spot on, I give the control and game play 7/10 .

WAY better than the A v P movies, that much is sure!

NOT as good as the original A v P pc games, but if you can pick it up for a good price, this is good single player FPS game. I never played the mulitplayer. What is the point? (too many games have mp, I just stick to the AAA block busters which spend most of the time making the mp not the sp)

A very solid game with no major flaws. Whether you like action (the Marine campaign), stealth (the Alien campaign), or something in between (the Predator campaign), it has something for everyone.

Unfortunately the solo campaign is way too short; you could almost do it in one long sitting. Still, the online multiplayer is very fun, so once the solo action comes to end, take it online!
