Good game, great campaign
It's an amazing new concept to literally destroy everything. To have a fully destructible environment is simply phenomenal. However, while the story is great, the missions can be bland at times.
Overall it's good, I bought it because I didn't wana miss out when start playing Bad Company 2 later... :-)

Excellent game
Excellent game, great visuals and music, good gameplay and a funny story.
The campaign mode is short because the focus of the game is the multiplayer. The multiplayer of Bad Company is like capture the flag, where you can conduct various types of vehicles and use special weapons, plenty of fun but after a few games to get repetitive.

Fun at War
Being able to blow through walls and scenery adds a new dimension of strategy to what would otherwise be a plain, if competent, shooter.

Decent FPS title
Bad Company offers pretty solid single and multiplayer first person action. There is nothing here that hasn't been done before, but the game is fun and cheap so go for it.
