Panic Maker is developed by Hiroyuki Kobayashi, the producer of Viewtiful Joe. In Panic Maker, the hero is the alien Kozumi from the trouble making Meiwaku Planet. One of the stage in the game is Racoon City, in which Kozumi can transform himself into Chris Redfield, Jill ValentinMeiwaku Seijin: Panic Maker - Play-Asia.come and Nemesis from the Biohazard / Resident Evil series.野蛮な「人間」相手に命がけのイタズラ修業！！めいわく星では、3歳になると他の星へ行き、イタズラ修業をして一人前になるまで帰れないというきまりがあった。コズミ君も、いろいろな星へ修業に行ったが失敗の連続。すっかり落ちこぼれてしまった彼が最後の望みをたくしてやってきた星は、宇宙一野蛮な「人間」が待ち受ける超難関の地球だった。同じ星のライバルたちとイタズラの腕を競い合ったり、ときには協力したりして、コズミ君は見事イタズラ修業をやり遂げることができるか？
